We have been outfitting sportsmen, canoeists, campers, fishermen and all round outdoor enthusiast since 1973.  It is the value of fine equipment and knowledgeable guides and staff that will enhance the actual experience of being here in the wilderness and on the water. 

We start with a fleet of Lunds, (Pike series) Deep V hulls bass boats with 30 hp Mariner turn key outboards and now also have a fleet of 50 hp mariners as well.  Add raised swivel seats, aerated live wells and an electric foot control motor.  This is an ideal fishing machine.

We also sport 11 flat bottom Grumman Outlaw Trackers. These 17 ft fishing crafts are outfitted like our Lunds, but they come with trailers.  Equipped with a 1  7/8 hitch these boats can be launched into a dozen back waters.  Scott Kevlar canoes are available for those very less accessible waters along with the Algonquin Park lakes and rivers. 

Other equipment available at the lodges are 14 and 16 V hulls.

What if we're not all Fishermen! What if I have kids?

There are other activities for  your non fishing companions.   You can relax in our outdoor heated pool overlooking the Ottawa River or enjoy the large hot spa adjacent to the 120 ft cedar deck.  For more active folks there are endless hiking trails, peddle boats, and sail boards.   The Deep River Golf Club is a short distance away, a beautiful and challenging course.   There is also tennis in Deep River and great small community shopping.   Antique and specialty shops are also only a short drive away.  There is also a petting farm located close by and Horse back riding near the town of Pembroke 30 miles away.
